• posh digs in the Rockefeller Center
• posh service as well... curt, checked ID, didn't want us there.
• ridiculously expensive... $8 for 6oz of hot chocolate?
• oily texture, but 'spotty', 'grainy' (beany?) taste.
• fresh cream was good
• chocolate on the side ... good presentation.
• monthly tasting sessions.
